Little Lights isn't scaled-down youth football. It's a play-based program designed around exactly how 4, 5, 6, and 7 year-olds learn, move, and grow.

FAQs

  • Little Lights is a Flag Football enrichment program designed specifically for young children at participating preschools and daycares.

  • Tim Hightower, 10-year NFL veteran and father of four, created and designed Little Lights. He, along with his team of coaches, runs the Little Lights program in Virginia.

  • You’ll enter your child’s t-shirt size in the registration form, so that we can have a shirt ready for them on the first day. Besides that, just send them to school on their designated Little Lights day with comfortable shorts/pants and athletic shoes they can move around in!

  • All Little Lights coaches have been vetted and personally selected by Tim Hightower. They have experience in coaching youth athletes and providing age-appropriate training.

  • Once your child is signed up, each week at the designated time, our Little Lights coaches (along with your school’s staff) will ensure your child gets to the designated area for their 30 minutes of flag football. These 30 minutes will be filled with fun and play to keep the children engaged. You get to continue about your day knowing your child is having a great time and learning new things with their classmates!
